Reports

User Number Reports must be submitted by the 15th of the following month. For example, July’s user numbers are due by August 15th. Note, the new system will not allow you to report prior to the first of each month. For example, July’s numbers cannot be reported until after August 1st. This feature is to prevent duplication of numbers and other entry issues. The Whitewater Commission requires that every Whitewater Outfitter submit user numbers for every month of the year, even if the company does not run rafters. You must submit, even if your entry is 0 for the month.

 


Trip Leader Reports (TLRs) should be entered immediately following a trip. Regardless they should be entered by the 15th of the following month. For example, July’s trip leader reports must be entered and approved by the 15th of August. Your Trip Leader login ID and passwords have not changed. Once you access the website simply use the button provided to access the Trip Leader Reporting section. Enter your ID and password as usual and input the necessary trip data.

Trip Leader Reports

Injuries are reportable if they require anything beyond First Aid. To report an injury, please complete the injury report required by the Whitewater Commission and the WV DNR, within 15 days of the injury or 48 hours if a fatality.

To enter an Injury Report: click to the Manage Trip Leader Reports button, select the Trip Leader Report on which the Injury occurred and click. This will open the Trip Leader Report Detail and you may Add Injury Reports to the grid on that page.
